- AAPPAREL will process your order within 24-48 hours after payment being verified. Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days OR 3-8 working days (For International Shipping).

- Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
SHIPPING CHARGES WITHIN MALAYSIA
- Enjoy Free Delivery for Order Above RM200 ( West Malaysia ) and RM250 ( East Malaysia).
- Our shipping charges are as follows: For orders below RM200 (West Malaysia ) RM300 (East Malaysia), shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis: RM10 - West Malaysia / RM15 - East Malaysia.

- Estimated time would be from 3-8 working days and delay could be subjected to customer clearance.
- Kindly note that the delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered.
- All Orders & Shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the actual currency rate will be depend on your credit card issued bank.
- International parcels are eligible for return and refund ONLY. Return delivery fees will be borne by customers.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international order, shipping fee paid during checkout process is not included any custom charge / import duty. Import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country. The courier partner will contact with you if there is any duty / taxes need to be paid.
IS COD & SELF COLLECTION AVAILABLE?
Self-collection available with appoinment. COD is not available.
