RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned to us within 30 days from the date of delivery/collection.
1. Product(s) is only eligible for return when it meet the following conditions:
- The product(s) is in new and original condition with original product packaging, price tags, labels.
- The product(s) is not stained, washed, damaged or altered.
- The product(s) is not promotional product(s), accessories, jewellery, innerwear or free gift.
2. Strictly NO cash refund.
- Reimbursement & Processing Time
Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 3-7 business days from when the order was dropped off.

Returns can only made on time per order number. Any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
3. Customer will borne shipping charges for returned product(s).

ACCEPTABLE QUALITY / MINOR DEFECT CLASSIFICATION
- Kindly allow 20% of colours variation in real product as compared to monitor displace. Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or monitor settings.
- Tolerance size measurement might be within 2-4cm differences in the measurement given due to the variety types of stretchable material quality.
- For printed product, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight colour patches for each piece. Each printed design might be unique, and different with others piece although is the same design. The colour of printing outcome might be slight different, return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

- Such requests are deemed habitual in our sole and absolute discretion;
- There is suspicion of purchase for the purposes of resale.
